ANTIFREEZE
Antifreeze has a sweet taste and as such can be attractive to cats and also dogs.
Ethylene Glycol is the most dangerous and also the most common form of antifreeze, and very small amounts can be lethal. As little as one teaspoon can be deadly to a cat.
Propylene Glycol is a less toxic form of antifreeze and should be used instead of Ethylene Glycol if possible.
Please follow these guidelines to avoid exposure to antifreeze.
If you think your cat has ingested antifreeze, contact your veterinarian immediately
Frontline Spot On Frontline is now available without a prescription, and is currently being offered by Vet UK at a discount price including p&p. To view the Vet UK site, please go to the links page and click on their banner.
